Our Birdie Private Tutoring is highly individualized online math tutoring for K-6th graders to achieve math proficiency by strengthening basic skills + closing knowledge gaps.

Assessment: To determine current level of understanding and locate knowledge gaps.
Private 1:1 Tutoring Classes: Tailored virtual lessons based on assessment, build and strengthen basic principles, as well as where parent updates take place.
Learning Platforms : Individualized assignments for further cementing the skills done at home on your own time.

4hrs/ month (1hr sessions) = $280
8hrs/ month (1hr sessions) = $480
12hr/ month (1hr sessions) = $700
🌈 What is included?
✔ Assessments:
Analysis on where the student’s initial math level and progress via assessments after 3 months mark, and at the end of 6 months.
✔ Monthly Private Tutoring Classes (Choose from our hourly packages of 4hrs, 8hrs or 12hrs, private 1-Hour sessions a month).
We will discuss problem solving strategies, topics covered in school, overcome current challenges and knowledge-gaps. We will meet once or twice a week where private 1:1 tutoring and parent updates take place.
✔ Access to Learning Platforms:
Each students receives log-ins for math and reading platforms for additional enrichment and practice in their own time, as well as during our sessions together.
✔ Parent-Student Google Classroom portal:
A hub for communication between parents and students, organized relevant worksheets, log-in information for learning platforms, billing, and parent updates.

When should I see results in my child?
The majority of our students improve their math skills in approximately 1-semester. Math is like a language. We need to take time to practice and digest information in a consistent and long term setting. We cater to the learner, and move at their pace to confirm their understanding of the topics. We make sure your child fully masters these concepts and has the needed practice to use these skills.
Why should I get my child help NOW as supposed to later?
Math builds on previous topics, and not starting early will create more frustrations and more work for your child. It creates more opportunities for math anxiety to sky rocket leading to a false belief that they are “not good at math.” A child’s confidence will lower by having “evidence” that they are “not good at math” leading to lower test scores.

Our tutoring program follows a proactive teaching approach and offers more support than traditional math tutoring. We follow my proprietary framework with the FULL PURPOSE of long term learning of the material. We focus on the basic topics of Math because they are the foundation for all other levels and they will make the most impact on a child’s improvement.
How do I know this will help my child?
The foundation topics of math are the same no matter the grade level. Our math program is designed to address these topics to help kids of various grade levels improve in math. Whether your child is entering 6th grade or 8th grade, the math foundations needed are the same in order for them to have success at their current grade level.
