Cancellation Policy.

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your session, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. You may only reschedule ONE session per month. Rescheduling that session must happen at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling or rescheduling subsequent sessions will result in forfeiting those sessions. Your advanced notice will allow other students access to that appointment time. You can reschedule your appointments from your email confirmation or by contacting us at birdielearningacademy.@gmail.com .

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule ONE session, ONE time each month. For example, if you have regular sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, then you may reschedule Tuesday’s session on that Monday (24 hours prior). If the following week you need to reschedule Tuesday’s session again, this will not be allowed and session will be forfeited

No Show Policy: A “NO SHOW” means you have missed your session without advance notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notification prior to your appointment will result in a missed session with no rescheduling available and the session is non-refundable. We ask that you please do your best to keep appointments. 

Same Day Cancellation Policy: A “same day” cancellation means you have cancelled your appointment on the day of your session BEFORE your scheduled start time. A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session. No rescheduling available and the session is non-refundable. We ask that you please do your best to keep appointments. 

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A “24-hour advanced” cancellation means you have cancelled the day prior to your scheduled session. If you cancel a day before your appointment, rescheduling is available (based on availability).

Tutor Cancellation/Late Policy: We will do our best to always keep sessions, however, if a tutor cancels a session, then you will be notified in advance. You may reschedule the session.

We will try our best to be on time, but if the tutor is running late, you will be notified and the session will start at time of tutor arrival. The session will run its usual duration (typically 1-hour long).


Late Student Policy: If a student is late then the session will still take place and end at normal scheduled end time. No additional time will be granted to respect the schedules of other students.
