12 Useful Affirmations for Kids (Part 2)

I am a firm believer that our thoughts create our reality. I have been creating a daily morning routine where I journal affirmations. Affirmations are phrases to be repeated consistently to help positively shift our mindsets. They strengthen our thoughts for self-change, and they serve as daily reminders + motivators to assist the rewiring of our brain. I think that if you believe in habits, you also believe in the power of our mindset to shape our world. Affirmations play a major role in establishing those mindsets, thus, making them an important habit to instill in young children.

I have created some confidence building + self-loving affirmations that every kid (+ probably adult!) needs to use as part of their daily routines. This is part two:

  1. I got this, I can do this.

  2. I am made of all the good things that love is because I am love.

  3. Asking questions helps me learn.

  4. I am kind to myself.

  5. I am a kind + loving friend.

  6. I relax by breathing slowly + breathing deeply.

  7. The more I relax the better my mind works.

  8. I am focused on the task in front of me.

  9. It is safe to be myself + express myself.

  10. I am valuable.

  11. I love who I am.

  12. I give thanks for today.
